FREE Yoga Festival
Hey hey! Sorry for the lack of post this week but I've been really busy.
I want to let you guys know about Old Navy's FREE Yoga Festival happening in SF this Saturday. I've been into Yoga lately! I'm not a very good yogi though (as my friend Ken would call it) but I am enjoying it! It's really tough but I hope to be better. I don't do it to attain a state of perfect spiritual insight or tranquility (maybe that's why I'm not a very good yogi) I just do it because it's actually pretty fun! My favorite, next to Bikram, is power yoga!

Weekly Nutcrackers: Homemade SPA
I like to get my spa on from time to time. Life can get very busy sometimes so it's nice to just relax and pamper yourself, whether it's alone by yourself or with girlfriends; or either at the spa or at home.
One of my friend is a DIY enthusiast. From making blotting papers out of toilet seat covers (uh, yeah, don't ask me) to homemade spa treatments. We've tried the strawberry mask and body scrub a while back and it was fun...in a mysterious kind of way haha But we knew we were in good hands :)

It's not an easy task to crack nuts! Cracking them can be tricky due to their hard shell. Same with trying to find deals online (and in store). You need to "crack" the "code". Hopefully you will find my Weekly Nutcracker tips to be helpful. Look out for the tips each week!

10 restaurants for under $10 in SF
One of my favorite things to do is shopping. LOL! Not denying it. And when I say shopping, I mean ALL DAY shopping. Making a day out of it type of shopping. A fun day walking around the city with my girlfriends type of shopping. It's serious business haha Our favorite spot to shop is union square and haight st. in SF. It's kinda far and we're not always free, so the shopping days have been very few this year. SAD.
But aside from shopping, a visit is never complete without good grub. Besides, we need to fill our tummy with delicious food so we can have energy to get our shop on! I found a list of 10 best places to grub for under $10 that we would be using for our next shopping day (whenever that will be). I haven't tried all, but the ones I've tried (#3,8,7,9) is not bad!
