The event that happened in Japan last month is heartbreaking. In addition to the rising death tool and thousands missing, there are still many who are seeking daily love. What can we do to help? My friends at New Vision Church in Milpitas will be holding a "LOVE Japan" Silent Auction on April 23rd from 5-8pm. The auction will showcase products and services donated by local business such as
photography session packages,
wedding coordination packages,
delicious cupcakes, music lessons, electronic products, tickets to sport events, and many more! The goal of the auction is to raise $5K for
Samaritan's Purse relief efforts, who have a team in Sendai, Japan supplying daily necessities to the locals living at that location.
We can show love to the Japanese people by helping New Vision and Samaritan's Purse reach this goal.
Admission for the LOVE Japan Silent Auction is free and open to the public. MOGO will also be there to serve dinner.
